TERMS OF THE MEMORY PRODUCTS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
 
K-Byte warrants that memory products purchased from K-Byte be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is in effect beginning from the date of purchase and must be verified with your sales receipt or invoice displaying the date of product purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser.
 
K-Byte will, at no additional charge, repair or replace defective memory products with new parts or, at the request of the customer, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of K-Byte.
 
This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from K-Byte, nor to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective:
 
   • As a result of accident, misuse, or abuse
   • By the use of parts not manufactured or sold by K-Byte
   • By modification of the product
   • As a result of service by anyone other than K-Byte
 
In no event will K-Byte be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if K-Byte has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
 
K-Byte reserves the right to either replace, credit, or refuse any returned product.
